She has coached hundreds of leaders across a range of industries including organisations such as Unilever, Mars, Mondalez, PepsiCo, Bankwest, Toll Group, SAP, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Cerebos, Energy Australia and IHG Hotel Group.
Nicola has travelled extensively and worked cross-culturally, co-founding one of the world’s first online executive coaching companies which she helped develop into a multi-million dollar business by pioneering a new approach to inspiring leaders at the highest levels.
She now specialises in working 1:1 with top-level executives, CEO’s and entrepreneurs who want to make the ultimate shift from their current zone of excellence into their unique zone of genius so they can own their innate gifts and claim their big visions to open up new pathways to performance and success in their work & personal lives.
